   I loveeeee Claudia’s steaming blend! I made a sitz bath with them and a normal herbal bath to soak in postpartum and it was just what my body needed. Very soothing and the aroma of the herbs while soaking is amazing

   I love this steam! I noticed a difference during my cycle. It only last 4 days, it’s not heavy, less cramping. my body was all over the place when i was on my period and lasted a week yes girl a week!!!!! but since i did my yoni steam my body is more at ease and feels normal again 👏🏻
